I am a Clinical Social Worker with over fifteen years of experience working with adolescents, young adults, and their families. I specialize in treating depression and mood disorders, anxiety, trauma, stress management, as well as family and relationship issues.
Throughout my career in social work spanning the past decade, my unwavering dedication has been to support adolescents and young adults, which has proven to be profoundly enriching. I genuinely enjoy the energy and enthusiasm of interacting with young people. My expertise extends beyond youth, as I possess a profound capability and genuine enjoyment in guiding adults through the complexities of life. Whether it is navigating career crossroads, nurturing relationships, or fostering personal growth, I am committed to offering compassionate support throughout all stages of development.
When I am not working, you can find me spending time with my family and friends, including my two dogs. I also enjoy reading, watching live music, and traveling.
